I go by the name Hyunsuk or Choi Hyunsuk (최현석) and I was born on April 21st, 1999 in Korea.
Currently taking the role as the Leader, Rapper, Dancer, and Fashionista of TREASURE.
I. It was BIGBANG senior who introduced me to Hip-hop. After listening to their music and watching videos of them, I started falling in love with hip-hop. It attracted me how such a genre could give off a really cool vibes. That's when I started 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐚𝐩.
II. I have mentioned this a few times, I am not a big fan in terms of how I look. To make up for it I tried to make myself more confident by trying different styles of clothing. Slowly but surely got myself 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐟𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐨𝐧. As long as it makes me happy, I like to think that I put on something good. After music, fashion is something that makes me who I am. I deliver my emotions through both music and fashion as they are my outlets.
III. I have been using 𝟕𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐥 as my trademark for as long as I can remember. You may see it as my signature too. There are many reasons why I choose it. Such as my very first number when I started playing football or when I become the 7th treasure member, and so on. It felt like number 7 is my lucky number. 7 in Korean is 칠 and I try to play with the words. And as you know chill also means to relax. I want something relates to me so that’s why I ended up using 𝟕𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐚𝐬 𝐦𝐲 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤.
IV. The 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐞 that I have ever watched was Toy Story 2. Little TMI session but it was released in 1999, the exact same year that I was born. If you ask me what's my 𝐟𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐞 I'll answer with The Marvel Series in a heartbeat. Growing up I became a huge Marvel fan. I am so into the whole Marvel Universe that I even read the comics and books. To sum it up, I pretty much know everything about it! My 𝐟𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐨 is Black Panther and the movie inspires me a lot in terms of music.
